DECODED

 

These files contain in-game audio. They are just as easy to decode as DATA/isnds-X.dat.

 

After unpacking, they turn out to be series of concatenated .voc files. Some files are only 48 bytes long which seems kind of mysterious to me. There are 31 files. They are mono 8-bit, sampled with frequency varying from 4 to 20kHz.

 

Provided: python script for extracting both intro and in-game sound files and converting them to .wav format. You need dernc and sox to be in a directory which is in your $PATH variable. sox is a audio files converter. Get it at http://sox.sourceforge.net
